Dear dog fancier!
Originally we are a small team aimed with supporting the origin characteristics and develop breeding as close as possible to the international standard of Bernese Mountain Dogs (Dürrbächler). Slowly but surely we added all other breeds of Swiss Mountain Dogs and finally the whole family of Retrievers.
Our goal is to form a community of dog owners who are intersted in communication concerning dog breeding, education, health and other related topics.
Some activities of our registered association are:
Specific information about breeding and handling dogs for our members and all who are interesded to be supported.
The member-information leaflet "BERNI" 3-4 issues a year.
Fighting "puppy farms" which are persons breeding with bitches every single heat without examinating the possibility of handing over hereditary and other disease to the puppies. Inform about persons who illegally import puppies from abroad and sell them as own breed without or with fake pedigree.
Webpage as an information for all the world.
